Bizzare Loss of Brief Music in "Big Brothers" Episode on DVD
I hope I got this right,
There are edits on the DVD's for music clearance problems. However, I remember in the "Big Brothers" episode. (The Randy Granger one.) There is a scene where Felix tries to help Oscar be neat to set a good example for Randy. He makes his bed, and Felix inspects it. On all syndicated prints there are five notes that play in the background. "Da Da Da Da DAAAAAAAAA" than Felix says, "beautiful, you have done a wonderful job." However, on the DVD there is complete silence when those notes play. I have no idea why! It's not like they are part of a song or anything. Just empty silence, and than Felix says, "beautiful, you've done a wonderful job." It's too bad about the copyright issues on the DVD. The prints look fantastic! Even on the restored scenes! Does anyone know why those notes are not on the DVD in that episode? Jack |
