Months after doing a trade, I finally checked my discs and found 2 bad ones. Since it had been a while, when I emailed him, I wondered if too much time passed. But he returned my email immediately, even though he was on vacation. And he sent good replacements as soon as he got back. You can't ask for a better trader.
