Default Spurs vs. Heat; 2013 NBA Finals; Will Duncan win 5th title & def. Lebron....AGAIN?

Hey guys,

Tonight is the night

It's the 2013 NBA Finals on abc

Tonight it is Game #1 between the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs

The Miami Heat have been the #1 Seed in the East and in the NBA and they've won 2 championships and the Heat are looking forward to not only win their 3rd championship, but also, become the 6th team in history to win back to back titles

The San Antonio Spurs on the other hand have won 4 championships and they've never lost in the finals

Just like Michael Jordan, Tim Duncan has never lost in the NBA Finals

In 1999, they've def. Patrick Ewing and the New York Knicks 4-2 to win their very 1st NBA Championship

In 2003, they've def. Jason Kidd and the New Jersey (now Brooklyn) Nets 4-2 to win their 2nd NBA Championship and it was the last championship game for David Robinson

In 2005, they've def. Ben & Rasheed Wallace and the Detroit Pistons 4-3 to win their 3rd NBA Championship

In 2007, they've swept Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers 4-0 to win their 4th NBA Championship

and now, it's been 6 years since the Spurs and Lebron James have met up in the NBA Finals

Will the Miami Heat end the Spurs Undefeated Streak and become back to back NBA Champions or will Tim Duncan and the Spurs def. Lebron James for a 2nd time and win the NBA Championship for a 5th time?

also, will Lebron James avoid another sweep and will Dwyane Wade showout in the Finals or will the Heat finally fall apart?

Find out tonight in the 1st Game of the 2013 NBA Finals only on abc

Oh No

If The Heat Win...then The Bad Guys of Sports won another one...The Ravens won the 1st and are now the undefeated team of the Super Bowls.

Guess God DOES Hate Cleveland!

Nice picture of Lebron and Duncan. I think the Spurs are gonna win because Lebron doesn't get enough help from Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. Dwayne had a decent game yesterday and Chris didn't do much. Chris is a scrub because he shoots a lot of jumpshots when he's supposed to be taking the ball to the basket. He acts like he's scared to go to the basket. Big men shouldn't be on the perimeter like him shooting three pointers LOL. I don't see how he was so good with Toronto because he took the ball to the basket and dunked on people often when he played with Toronto. He also averaged double digits in rebounding with Toronto often. He doesn't average double digits in rebounding anymore and that's because he doesn't stay under the basket enough.

Miami also hasn't been getting a lot of production from their bench and the Spurs have a deep bench. Erik Spoelstra also doesn't know how to coach. He's a overrated coach and the only reason why Miami is successful is because of Lebron and Dwayne. I don't even see how they had a 27 game winning streak in the regular season because i'm not impressed with them. Lebron had a better supporting cast of teammates when he was with Cleveland. He should've stayed there. I think if Miami loses, Chris Bosh will get traded and when Lebron's contract is up, he may go back to Cleveland. I know people probably think it won't happen but don't be surprised if he does that especially if Pat Riley doesn't get him some better teammates. Pat should also consider getting another coach who knows how to coach.

Cool

I think the Spurs will win. They have a deeper bench. Also Dwayne Wade is banged up and based on how he's playing I suspect Bosh may be playing hurt as well.

4-3 Spurs or Heat.

If Heat win...it looks like the Spurs will be the 49ers..."Can't win them all", and must hear this....

Default Neal, Green lift Spurs to Game 3 rout

Neal, Green lift Spurs to Game 3 rout
By PAUL J. WEBER (AP Sports Writer) | The Associated Press

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Gary Neal and Danny Green listened to their coach and kept on shooting.

Shaking off a humiliating blowout for the biggest game in San Antonio since 2007 - blame that on the gridlock that made Tim Duncan and Tony Parker late to the AT&T Center - the Spurs kept giving LeBron James fits in the NBA Finals and ran away to a 2-1 series lead over the Miami Heat with a 113-77 victory Tuesday night.

''Feel confident, let 'em fly, get your name in the paper,'' Spurs coach Gregg Popovich barked during a timeout in the second quarter, when Game 3 was still in doubt.

Green scored 27 points and Neal had 24. They combined for 13 of the Spurs' 16 3-pointers, a playoff franchise record in a win that was a milestone for San Antonio's stars.

It was playoff win No. 100 for the Spurs' trio of Duncan, Parker and Manu Ginobili.

Neal paced San Antonio with the bench offense it lacked in Game 2.
He couldn't have rediscovered his stroke at a better time: Since the NBA Finals went to a 2-3-2 format, the winner of Game 3 is 12-1 when the series began as a split.

Game 4 is Thursday night in San Antonio.

Neal was 9 of 17 from the field and 6 of 10 from behind the arc. Green, whose shooting has been the offensive story for the Spurs so far in the Finals, was 9 of 15 from the floor and hit 7 of 9 3-pointers.

2-1 in favor of the Spurs, but also, come tomorrow, if the Heat lose another one, then they might as well kiss the championship goodbye

Spurs seem to have the edge now, but Miami will take 2 victories home and Bosch, James, or Wade will go to the Lakers next season.

Don't count on it, if the Spurs win tonight, then it looks like back to the drawing board for Lebron James

Let's hope that the Spurs stay on him tonight
