The Legend of the Cloutie.

These are very good movies. Doc is a much different person.

Just for the sake of discussion, I'll reply with this. I have read on blogs and other forums that also state these movies are quality stuff. And that the Doc is a totally different character. But when they tried for the series this character was not excepted, and Clunes himself, came up with the idea of the Doc being a social misfit. Also, supposedly, Clunes, who is an avid dog lover, came up with the notion that Doc Martin would hate dogs.

Like i said, just for conversation. I wouldn't mind buying the movies and watching, but not until I've seen every series episode!
