There's this kick-a dance song and I wanna download it! But I don't know the name.

It gives... instructions on how to dance to it.

Like "Slide to the left. Take it back, now yall. Right foot, one stomp. Left foot, one stomp. Five hops! Cha-cha real smooth, now!"

If anyone knows what it's called or who it's by... or ANYTHING about it, please help me out!

OMG, I know that song!!!! But I cannot for the life of me remember what it is called, but i remember seeing it on a music video!!! It was kinda like the soul train, but a little different! I can't believe that I don't remember it now when I need it. Watch right when I find out, I'll feel so dumb. Sorry
