hi there guys,i am so glad that someone mentioned the piano man this also leads me to mention this that i have been wondering about for a long time, how many times did they use the piano at cheers and i am wondering if they ever sang with it,like someone here had already suggested that it would be a great song for all cheers and i was thinking that it would be great if they were standing around and singing and diane could play the piano and they could all sing that one espeacilly in particular or another old bar tune and it would be great,i can really see them as those kinds of people and i think they would do that,or maybe billy joel himself could even come in there and sing it,i wonder if shelley long herself or diane plays the piano,i think that would the best thing that could happen in cheers,i would love to see that happen, woud you really like to see that happen,i guess this brings me though to my initial question how many times was the very nice player piano used,i only remember it being used once when i think woody was entertaining some people with it but thats it i gues, they should have made more us of it,i really really would have like to see more of that can you picture it when the whole cheers crowd sings beside it,i can really see them as those kinds of cool folks can you,can you see them singing around the piano singing,i wish we could see that, well and last but definitlly not least how many times was the piano used thanks

they used it in I Do Adieu for the wedding
in Showdown, Derek played and sang there was some wedding(whose?) where Woody played chopsticks(or was it Heart and Soul? i remember it was something like that) i think thats it. yeah it would have been cool if someone famous came in and played it. or they could have gathered around it during one of the finale things and sang the theme(opposed to outside the Bull and Finch Pub) Doug |

I do remember one time where a famous person did play the piano. It was when Harry Connick Jr. guest-starred as Woody's cousin.

I could be wrong about this, but I seem to recall Fraiser played the piano. I can't seem to remember clearly.
