Default Gary Coleman Appears in Publishers Clearing House TV Commercial

Has anyone seen this commercial lately?

Gary's Arnold character appears in the TV commercial, thinking that he won some money and says; "Whatchu talkin' bout?" when the people show up.

He thought that they were there to give HIM the check, but they were there to give it to Willis instead. That is when he utters his famous line. Hah!!

C'mon -- why discourage people from posting by calling their topic stupid? With the exception of some of the more popular series, this site is like a ghost town. Some sub-forums go years between posts!!

The Publishers thing has been discussed on other boards as they've also used Robert Reed, Bob Denver, etc. in their ads.

Good point which is why I will allow the topic to continue. Solomon, you can't bully people on the boards, brother. That's a no-no.

I have seen it and like that commercial it was funny. I like that Mike Brady, Gilligan and Skipper also won. LOL. This gimmick was a clever one. I wonder how much it cost them to lease the rights to use the clips and characters? I hope the commercials continue to get more and more air time. It is a way of nostalgia back to people along with promoting the PCH Sweepstakes. Clever move.

If you feel that myself or the thread makes no sense, then why on earth do you come back here like a bully to post?

Don't get mad with me. Blame Publishers Clearing House, They are the ones who made the commercial.

And BTW, it is a clip from his show, Diff'rent Stokes when he was a little boy, and everyone knows that he was fully grown before he died.

It is certain times of the year when Publishers Clearing House has the commercials on TV.

Usually to run their Sweepstakes campaign. That'd be about 2 or 3 times a year.
