Over on the "Gimme a Break!" page, someone recently posted a thread about the fact that it has been ten years since Nell Carter passed away. Someone responded to that thread by offering the idea that because Nell Carter was clearly the star, a reunion of that series would not be a good idea. Someone else mentioned various other shows in which a reunion episode would or would not work out. The most recent reply to that post is mine. I mentioned the idea of a "Mad About You" reunion. What do you guys think about that? That series has been off of the air for well over a decade. It is my understanding that most if not all of the people who played the main characters are still living. I would be very interesting in knowing what happened to them after all of this time! Well, after posting that response, I went over to the "Mad About You" page and started a thread called "A Possible Reunion". In this thread, I told my buddies there about my reply to the "Gimme a Break!" thread and asked them what they thought of it. Well, the same year that "Mad About You" came to an end, so did "Caroline in the City"! Given how fond I am of both Helen Hunt and Lea Thompson, it was very hard to have to deal with that double-whammy! In any event, what do you guys think of a "Caroline in the City" reunion? I can see it happening!
