Default Which other American cities have you been to?

Including your current residence, which other American cities have you been to, and what are your thoughts on the cities you have been to?

I live in Los Angeles, California. The Glendale area to be exact. Done so for practically my whole life. I have been to the following:

Orange County, California
San Diego, California
Santa Barbara, California
Palm Springs, California
San Francisco, California
Lake Tahoe, California
Las Vegas, Nevada (My all-time-favorite vacation spot!)

And just recently, I got back from visiting New York City, New York. All of these places I've been to, where fantastic. Never a dull moment, and I am proud to have visited The Big Apple at long last, something I have always wanted to do.

Being a longhaul truck driver for 12 years, I've been to every big city, EXCEPT San Francisco. For some reason, that city has eluded me. I've been to almost all the state capitals. And I've been to every state in the lower 48.

Cities I have been to ON MY OWN, not in the truck - NYC, Boston, Chicago, Milwaukee, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC(my brother lives there) Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, San Diego, LA, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas(my favorite US city, and not for the gambling), Philly(I used to live near there), Pittsburgh, Atlantic City, Atlanta(numerous times), Savannah, and Palm Springs, and of course since I live in Fla - Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa and Miami lots and lots and lots of times!!!

We take a lot of motorcycle trips as well as car trips and many of these places we've visited more than once. I didn't care too much for those Texas towns. And we visited Detroit & St. Louis years ago in the middle of a really hot summer.

Detroit, Mich.
Cincinnati, Ohio
Louisville, Ky.
Bowling Green, Ky.
St. Louis, Missouri
Hot Springs, Ark.
Texarkana
Beaumont, Tx.
Nacogdoches, Tx.
Port Arthur, Tx
Memphis, Tn
Chattanooga, Tn
Knoxville, Tn
Nashville, Tn
Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, Tn
Ashville, NC
Duck, NC
Atlanta, Ga.
Valdosta, Ga.
Panama City, Fla.
Ocala, Fla.
Jacksonville, Fla.
Daytona Beach, Fla.
Ormond Beach, Fla.
Jupiter, Fla.
Deerfield Beach, Fla.
Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Miami Beach, Fla.
Key Largo, Fla.
Huntsville, Ala.
Birmingham, Ala.
Montgomery, Ala.

Plus a few more cities & towns that I've lost track of. I'd love to go out west and see the Grand Canyon, Tombstone & Dodge City, maybe Las Vegas & San Francisco or even visit some cities in Hawaii. But our budget won't stretch that far.

Too many. I'm actually currently visiting NYC (fifth visit!) but I leave today to go home. I've been to the Twin Cities many times -- I have quite a few family members there, including both siblings. I've done Los Angeles too... Denver... Orlando... Washington DC... Quite a few more. I'm looking at moving to the east coast within the next year and when I do, I should be living just south of Boston.

I used to love traveling to cities on when I would go on vacation and where I would always spend vacations in Phoenix because it's a neat town and there's lots of things to do there and not to mention great shopping malls for awesome fashionistas. Another city I loved was Reno and I have been there three times and every summer I looked forward to a vacation there because even though Reno had nice hotels I only stayed in Reno once and then I would always go camping after every Reno trip and Mom and I used to have slumber parties in our old family van and it was great fun. I haven't gone on vacation much anymore but my recent vacation I visited Santa Barbara and Mom and I had a fun vacation there when we went during a really terrible rainstorm and had a very bad power outage there and Mom and I were nearly freaked out because the hotel staff were almost gonna move us out of our hotel room but then we got home safe but it was a fun adventure on our short vacation

Cool

Too many to mention! I've been to every state except Alaska and Hawaii along with three Canadian provinces (Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia) and 13 other countries in addition to Canada (Mexico, Spain, Great Britain, The Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Grenada, Dominica, The Bahamas and Brazil). To quote the Beach Boys, I get around!
