About Dick Butkus...
I know he is more of a football player than a basketball player.
But he is also an actor, but better than these two other actors who are like him, Dolph Sweet (Gimme A Break!) and Vic Tayback (Alice). Those two are already dead, but Dick is still alive. Dick did a good job in this show, but afterwards, he retired from acting as a rich man. The reason why they put him in this show, for both analyzing and advanced training of Deering Tornadoes basketball team. |
