"Bionic Woman" star Michelle Ryan will recur on "Covert Affairs" next season as a new CIA operative, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. Ryan will play Teresa Hamilton, an agent with a shadowy past. She'll make her first appearance in the Season 4 premiere. The British actress joins "CSI: NY" star Hill Harper as new cast additions. As previously announced, Harper, who will be a regular on the USA drama, will play a CIA station chief in Latin America who tries to befriend Annie (Piper Perabo) and Auggie (Christopher Gorham), but they begin to question his intentions.
