Red face Looooong words!

What are some of the longest words in the English language you can think of? And if you have one in a foreign language, what does it mean?

Right now, the longest known word in Polish has 32 letters. It is...

Konstantynopolitanczykowianeczka.

It's means "a Girl from Istanbul," and I didn't even know we had such a long word until a couple of weeks ago!
