at the beginning ( or end) it doesn't look so bad, not like the projects in DC.

The beginning was more of a shot of the actual city. You don't see the project buildings until the end

Well maybe I don't have 20/20 vision becasue I know for sure that as soon as the opening credits start it's a WIDE SHOT of the entire city.

LOL it's you because the project are shown, and the closing is nothing but the opening in reverse, minus the playground scene.

Because he confirmed what I had been saying throughout this thread. The building was shown in the opening credits.
