Default When they show the ouside of the building and the neighborhood

at the beginning ( or end) it doesn't look so bad, not like the projects in DC.

Well maybe I don't have 20/20 vision becasue I know for sure that as soon as the opening credits start it's a WIDE SHOT of the entire city.

The projects is shown in the opening credits when we see the guy riding a bike and the children running in the neighborhood........right before the credits conclude.
