Fred would have to be a bad driver on the road
Do you think the reason we never see fred driving a car in all 6 seasons of sanford&son is because he is a bad driver, lamont is always driving the junk truck, maybe fred had bad eyesight when driving by himself.

Yeah plus fred had a bad attitude, i woudent want to see him get beat up by a cop for trash talk if he was driving by himself lol
