New York man, 22, was busted in undercover probe

APRIL 26--A Walmart employee is facing a prostitution charge for allegedly “soliciting sexual encounters” inside the upstate New York store where he works, police report.

Foster Bills, 22, was arrested after Walmart managers contacted state troopers to report that they had received “an anonymous complaint of a male subject performing sexual acts in a secluded location” in the Queensbury store.

The “secluded location” was apparently a Walmart bathroom, and johns were solicited through Craigslist "casual encounters" ads.

In response to the Walmart complaint, cops launched an undercover investigation that resulted in Bills’s arrest Wednesday “after he accepted cash for sex from an undercover State Police Investigator,” according to a press release.

Seen above in a Facebook photo, Bills was charged with a misdemeanor prostitution count and ordered to appear April 29 in town court.

Investigators have also reportedly tied Bills to a Craigslist ad that sought to arrange sexual liaisons at a public library. “Young guy looking for a little spending money,” noted the “m4m” ad that indicates it was placed by a 22-year-old. (2 pages)

He should've done that at a hotel or at his place or the women's place. I've been intimate with prostitutes lots of times and i'm not ashamed of it. It's hard for some guys to get girlfriends. So the guys who can't get girlfriends have to pay prostitutes for sex. I would like to have a girlfriend but i'm not gonna keep chasing after them and getting rejected. I'm also not gonna pay women for intimacy anymore because it's a waste of money. I'm surprised at guys who go to strip clubs. Now that's really a waste of money because those women aren't giving guys sex. Why would guys waste their money just to see women dance and take some clothes off? LOL.

I don't know why people make a big deal about prostitution. Like i said, some guys can't get girlfriends. So they gotta pay women for sex and i don't see anything wrong with that. I just have a problem with women who want men to pay them a lot of money for sex. I remember when i first started dealing with prostitutes, i would tell them i'm gonna give them $20 and they were ok with that. Then there was some prostitutes i met who were greedy and were charging me $40, $50, $60. I even had a woman that charged me $200 and i said hell no LOL. I would never pay a woman that much for sex. I asked her would she get naked for $200 and she said no. Can you believe that? LOL.

Every white prostitute i dealt with that i gave $20 to were ok with that. Black prostitutes i dealt with always charged more than $20. They wanted like $40 and $50. My job supervisor wants me to take him around to look for prostitutes and i told him no because i said i don't do that anymore LOL. He said why. I said because it's a waste of money. My job supervisor is a hispanic guy and he has a wife LOL. So i don't know why he wants to deal with prostitutes. I guess his wife isn't having sex with him as often as he wants LOL.
