Yeah but it felt kinda rushed their should have been a 2 part episode because they never mention the death of willis friend again in the series.

The only sad part of that episode is that they found him and had to take him back.

The 8th season episode when Willis is off to college and Arnold is too proud to say he'll miss him so he writes Willis a note and reads it revealing Arnold's true feelings that he'll miss Willis, pretty tear jerker stuff.

That episode was on the other night. Terrible stuff. The biggest joke is that they were all saying goodbye to Willis like he was getting executed in the morning. Then he just came home a few days later to do laundry.

He moved out of the house. That was a big event. They were accustomed to having him there for so long and now a big change is being made. That is very normal.

They were acting like typical, soft, out-of-touch, entitled rich people. Drummond was the strongest one out of all of them, probably thanks to his war experience. He seemed like he wanted Willis the hell out of the house finally, quite frankly. (Who could blame him?) The other ones were a pathetic mess. "Willis!!! How will we possibly go on between now and when you come home to do laundry later this week???"

Drummond probably wished he could have been rid of all of them, to be honest.
