My choice is medium. Meat which is cooked well done is too dry.

I usually get my burgers medium-rare.
Steak I eat well-done. Seafood is raw or slightly steamed. I'm not into anything BBQ except for chicken. I don't like BBQ'd burgers and franks. |

I used to like steak well-done but now I like it medium rare, I would go rare, but I've heard for safty reasons it should be at least medium rare.

Poultry anything else besides well-done is a health hazard. Otherwise, generally medium but not well. Well and it loses flavor, rare and it's, well, bloody.

I like my steak medium well-done. I'm from a big family you couldn't be a fussy eater in my family you ate what was in front of or you went without food. Mom did not make something special for you if you didn't like what was on your plate.

I chose medium-well, at least for beef. Pork and poultry must be thoroughly cooked and I do enjoy barbecued food, as a matter of fact...I'll watch a show by Steve Riachlen.
There are full eps, but it has Russian overdubs! |

Seafood is rare, but I will always stick to sushi as my main favorite.
Steaks are rare as well. "Well done" means leather in my book. Chick has to be cooked thoroughly though. My dad and the members of his family liked to do the whole "cook or boil any and all flavor out of meat" old-school New England style. Thank god my mom was a terrific southern cook! |

I know many would disagree, but it's well done on everything for me.

Pork should always be cooked through-out; however, that doesn't mean you cook it for 10 hours. My husband likes broiled pork chops, but hates them overcooked. Same goes for sausage, roast pork and ribs. |
