3 - 4 times a day... but I go through stages like around xmas I replied to everything and posted like crazy and then for the next month or so I didnt really post at all.. but now I'm back in a reply to everything stage. I'd vote in this poll and but it said invalid blah blah blah and so on.... oh well.
