No wonder fred's voice sounded strange on sanford and son he was a smoker at 10 years of age i was like what the heck, when lamont ask him how long he been smoking i was thinking fred would say atleast 15 or 16 lol

My Dad said he started around 11 or 12. He said he'd go behind the railroad tracks with his buddies and they'd smoke. lol
