As you will recall David Lee Kemp was profiled on UM in 2002. He had been a fugitive since 1999, when he escaped from jail, where he was awaiting trial for the 1998 murders of his ex-wife and her boyfriend. I knew that he would eventually be found, but I'm surprised that it didn't happen sooner, despite repeated airings of the case on both UM and America's Most Wanted.

I just saw this on DM and came to post the info too. Glad to see another case heading toward a good conclusion.
He sure looks the worse for wear. He said that being on the run was affecting his health. ![]() http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...fork-1999.html |

Great news. Glad to see another UM case solved. By the way, no bashing Diamond Dave.

Glad this SOB is caught! I agree, it has been a good month (actually a good couple of years) for a few UM cases being solved.
Diamond Dave is no criminal....I don't think there are charges laid for spreading herpes and stuff

AND OMG, no kidding about this guy not looking too good...he's only 41 and he looks 57.....nothing wrong with being 57, but you shouldn't look 57 until you are 60, not 41

This segment scared the heck out of me when I was younger, particularly when the wife comes out of the shower, he shoots her, and her hand reaches for the shower curtain and rips it off while falling.
It has probably been a full decade since I have seen it and I still remember that part quite well.
