I always thought that big tall mean looking bully from the episode theo and the joint put the joint in theo's book just to get him suspended from school or get him into trouble with his folks it seemed like it was planned if you ask me, he told cliff that he put the joint in theo's book so he could smoke the joint later after school he lied, the bully is guilty for trying to get a nice square like theo in trouble with his parents or get him expelled from school because the bully simply did not like him.

Theo and Cockroach were big time weed heads...That "bully" was actually their homeboy and he was just turning them on to a free blunt of that killa killa!

Naw theo and cockroach were good guys who did not smoke, i think the bully was just trying to temp theo into smoking the cigar thats why he put it inside his book.
