 i dont understand why roseanne was upset about the new restaurant opening up,she said that they'stole'her ideafor the sanwhich.isnt that exactly what she did do from the restaurant in iowa?

Yes but they opened up THEIR Restaurant (Landford Lunch Box) in Landford, Illinois, not across the road from the place in Iowa. The Lunch Box's competition opened up just across the road from them in Landford.
