They made the character 3J from family matters a wimp on that's so raven
Why did they make the boy that was on family matters as the rude hip hop boy 3J a wimpy awkward teenager who does not have any friends other then two girls.

Because Orlando Brown is an actor and actors portray different roles. It's good that he wasn't typecast into one type of role.
