Anyone tried to e-mail Fox about WKRP and the possibilty of its release on DVD?

I got this address from a Futurama site (trying to save that show).

Well, I got a reply from Fox and as I expected it was the wrong place to pose such a question. Here is their response:

Unfortunately, you are asking your question in the wrong web area. You want to ask 20TH VIDEO not FOX BROADCASTING NETWORK Primetime.
