Nodsmiley What if Wally and the Beaver had a sister

Could Leave It To Beaver be a good sitcom if beavers parents had 3 kids lets say wally and the beaver had a sister, they would have to include episodes that revolved around beaver wally and their sister.

Yeah, I think that could have worked, b/c it seemed to work for "Father Knows Best". They had two girls and a boy. As long as the series still revolved around Beaver (Theodore), and maybe if he was still the youngest.

Yeah they could have had episodes where june and her daughter are having good conversations, their could be scenes where beaver and his sister are getting into arguments, maybe some episodes where beaver has to walk his sister to school everyday, episodes where beavers sister wants to go out on a date and ward and dune refuse to let her go out on a date.

It would open up more episode ideas and give June another female presence in the Cleaver home. Would she have the same type of friends Wally and Beaver had, including a girl with an Eddie-like attitude? It would be interesting.

Just don't refer to the sister as "the beaver".

It could have worked. She could have used the "guest room" as her bedroom although I think it was only in the stories in the second house (1959-1963).

They had a guest bedroom in the first house too.

I think if Beaver and wally had a sister she would have to be a teenager and the same age as wally that way their could be episodes where eddie goes out on dates with wally's sister on dates.
