Default Since Mr. Dummmond was rich and was married with 2 new people in the house, why

couldn't he just buy a BIGGER HOUSE? lol

That would have prevented the overcrowdedness of the penthouse and maybe Willis could have had his own room since he was older and there was a younger boy in the house. Or maybe they could have just fired Pearl and have Maggie do the cooking and cleaning so that Willis could have Pearl's room LOL

I was surprised that Mr. Drummond didn't buy a big house in Westchester County or in Nassau County. Both areas are sill very close to Manhattan. If he did get a bigger house, he would still need Pearl. And maybe Maggie was a lousy cook. That's another reason to keep Pearl on.

I can't believe that out of the people in the house, the roles decreased were Willis and Kimberly LOL

You would think Pearl would have been the 1st to go

Once Mr. D. got married, they tried to push that annoying brat Sam on us.

I'm pretty sure that the actress who played Pearl wasn't high half of the time like Todd Bridges and Dana Plato were. Plato got knocked up during the last season and was booted off of the show and Bridges' life was in a downward spiral. The only thing that kept that show on was Gary Coleman, a 17 year old who had to play a 10 year old--ick.

I loved the show when it started, but it was unwatchable the last few years.

I could tell that Dana was pregnant in the episode that Phillip and Maggie got married in. That was either season 6 or 7.

Sorry but I am a Sam fan. As an 80's kid, I loved seeing other kids on TV. It was one of the reasons that I watched these shows.
