Is this guy who starred in Route 66 & Adam 12 a blonde or redhead

He was covered in freckles too.

This article says he was a natural red head but there were times his hair did appear to be blonde. Maybe he had it dyed or it may have turned blonde from a lot of sun exposure.

WOW thanks for the article. I never knew he was a natural redhead or that he appeared in movie Life With Father. It looks like he dyed his hair. I recall an episode of Gidget where his hair is blond and a Route66 episode Buzz mentioned that Tod had blond hair.

Watching some later seasons of Adam-12 on DVD and his hair appeared dark brown/auburn!
