The first two unaired pilots are as extras on the season 2 DVD set, watching them you can see how bits and pieces of the show were coming together and the actress Jenny (Valerie Curtain) was extremely unattractive.

I have those unaired pilots on my season 2 dvd's and also noticed that Mr. Roper's first name is "George". So weird...he's definitely a "Stanley". I don't remember if Mrs. Roper's name was different too, or maybe it was always Helen.

Helen's name was Mildred in at least one if not both of the unaired pilots. George and Mildred were also the name of the Roper's in the British version.
