Anthony Ciccone – who has been on the streets for almost three years - claims his superstar sister doesn’t care if he is dead or alive.

I didn't know there was a law that said celebrities are supposed to help out family members who have no money hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Madonna's brother decided not to do anything with his life. So that's his problem and i don't blame Madonna for not helping him.
