I understand that since George is a grown married man that it would be awkward for him to be living with a female house maid everyday 7 days a week 24/7 so the only way he could show his wife that he had no interest in the housekeeper he would have to insult florence to make his wife louise believe he had no love interest in her, do you fans think deep down George was attracted to Florence she was not ugly.

Might be because of her rude attitude is the reason George never appeared to like her, George was not like other men he did not even seem to like his own wife lol
