It's funny at the airport. Alex tries to book Uncle Ned a plane ticket and has a hard time with what name to use and what city Ned's going to.

It goes something like this:

Clerk: Name?

Ned makes a noise with his newspaper.

Alex: No, not Alex Keaton.
Clerk: Not Alex Keaton?
Alex: Ned Donnely.

Another noise.

Alex: No, not Ned Donnely.
Clerk: Kid, in the scheme of life, this is one of the easier questions.

Alex gives a made up name. I think Gomez.

Clerk: Where are you going?

Alex looks at Ned.

Clerk: Do you want me to wait while you go ask?

Alex names a few different places.

Clerk: You had an easier time with your name. Shall we go back to that?

That was great. You'd think Alex would be a little smarter in a situation like that.

It's too bad Tom Hanks never appeared appeared on the show after Season 2. I've always wondered whatever happened to Uncle Ned.

Yes! But the episode where he is a fugitive was a two-parter so he was in three episodes.
