USA’s "Necessary Roughness" Adds David Anders
by NELLIE ANDREEVA Thursday March 21, 2013 David Anders (Once Upon a Time, Vampire Diaries) is joining the cast of USA’s "Necessary Roughness" as a recurring for Season 3. He joins John Stamos, who recently signed on to appear in all 10 episodes of "Necessary Roughness‘" third season. Anders will play Troy Cutler, second-in-command to Connor (Stamos) at V3, the world’s premiere sports and talent agency.
