Cool

Well we did get Still the Beaver/The New Leave it to Beaver in which Wally, Eddie, and the Beav were grown up and raising children of their own. I think that was a better and more interesting premise than following the fellas to college would be.

If Wally was going off to college their should have been a spinoff show about wally and eddie getting into trouble at their college campus, the title of the show would be called The Wally and Eddie show lol

It's understood that there was talk about LITB continuing for the 1963-64 TV season. In it, based on what had happened in the series previously, "Wally" would have been out of high school and you think he would have gone on to college. They could have still had him, "Eddie" and "Lumpy" involved in some things in the series particularly if they were still living at home or even sharing a room somewhere.

Yeah seeing a series of episodes mostly about wally, eddie and lumpy going out on dates and getting into trouble would have made great entertainment even if it lasted one season and got canceled.

Only if they don't do it like "Still The Beaver". That was one of the most depressing sitcom reunion movies I've seen.
