I think Fred would be dead by this time since he was almost 70 years old by the last season of the show some of his friends would be dead like grady and bubba, lamont would still be married to janice they would have kids and grandkids i think lamont would follow in his fathers footsteps and take over the family junkyard business.

You mean Janet. Lamont and Janet were never married on Sanford & Son, just engaged. Three years later when Sanford premiered, it was said that Lamont was working on the Alaskin pipeline. No mention of Janet that I'm aware of.

They'd probably be buying and selling their junk on eBay, offering local pick up for the larger items.

Fred would be damn near 100, but he COULD still be around. Ppl do live that long now days.

I'm not sure that Sanford and Son and Sanford are totally canon.

Didn't Sanford Arms have Fred and Lamont leaving? Then in Sanford they are back? Anyway I've heard Sanford is canon to Sanford and Son, but likes to pretend that Sanford Arms never happened.

Fred Sanford would be put in a old folks home if he was still living in 2013,Lamont would have chosen a diff'rent career other then being a underpaid single junk man who was always broke,he was only in the junk business to help out his lazy lonely single rude father lol
