Heidi Klum Joins "America’s Got Talent" as Fourth Judge
by NELLIE ANDREEVA Monday March 4, 2013 NBC has officially announced Heidi Klum as a new judge on "America‘s Got Talent", marking the first time that the summer series reality has added a fourth judge. “As we look to develop an act that will get the world’s attention, we and the contestants will benefit from Heidi’s international sensibility and understanding of what works in today’s global entertainment industry,” NBC’s head of alternative Paul Telegdy said. Klum joins returning judges Howie Mandel and Howard Stern and new judge Melanie Brown aka Mel B. For its first seven seasons, "AGT" had a three-person judging panel, most recently with Stern, Mandel and Sharon Osbourne last season.
