I'm trying to recall all of the singing groups that made countless appearances on variety shows in the 1960s. I'm talking about the very clean-cut 'white bread' types of groups that appealed to middle America. I can think of The New Christy Mintrels, The Young Americans, The Doodletown Pipers. I know there were more.
Can you think of some? |

Up With People might be another type of group I'm thinking of.
