TVLine has learned exclusively that Melinda McGraw, who played Don Draper’s Season 2 mistress Bobbie Barrett on the AMC drama, is joining "Scandal" as the wife of Gregg Henry’s ruthless oil tycoon. As previously scooped by TVLine, her character, Deborah, is described as a smart and ambitious New York native. She’s slated to debut in April.
