In the late 70s, my mom used to pack bologna sandwiches for me all the time as my school lunch. Sometimes she would put in a pickle on the side or some kind of fruit. It was really special for me when she would put in twinkies, too. In the early 80s, I still got bologna sandwiches, but she started making me turkey with mayo and cheese a lot.

^^^ Cheetos!!! I used to love eating Cheetos or Doritos as a kid. Now, I would never touch that crap! Another lunch I loved as a kid was when my mom would pack some cold fried chicken! MMMM!!! Yes, ahhh the memories!

Use to love bologna sandwiches with lettuce, cheese and mustard and usually had chips on the side. I no longer eat cheese so it's been replaced with pickles when I have one.

I grew up in the 90s. I member my My Grandma making Bologna Sandwich for Lunch when I would go to her house,. It was okay, I remember not liking it very much. I actually Preferred Ham. Now my Younger Cousins who are much younger then me(Between 5-9) when they go to her house they get either ham or Turkey!

My mom used to make bologna sandwiches with Miracle Whip.
Then one day I was over at my cousins and his mom made us bologna sandwiches with Hellman's Mayonaise, and on Wonder Bread to top it off. Never had that either.

It was then I learned how much I hated Miracle Whip and loved Hellman's Mayonaise. And I never went back.(to Miracle Whip. I did go home. )

If you don't want to watch the whole thing, skip ahead to about 1:10 to see why I linked this to this post. Your comment, Janice, just reminded me of this episode.
