Here are the scans of chapter 6 - "The Jackie Gleason Show" from Kenneth Whelan's "How The Golden Age of Television Turned My Hair To Silver"

Just a note, page 67 has a mistake, it's listed a Poor Soul sketch in a bakery, this is actually a Fenwick Babbitt sketch, which btw, is the 1st sketch on the 2nd episode of the "Gleason, He's The Greatest" specials.
