Alan Hale makes a cute cameo with Bob Denver in "Back to the Beach" in 1987. He is only a couple of seconds, but its so nice seeing them together again.

Yeah. The screen capture above is from a commercial I have in my collection. I think it was done around the time of back to the beach.

Alan Hale Jr was also in an episode of Bob Denver's sitcom 'The Good Guys' which ran from 67 - 70. You can find the ep in three parts (I think) on YouTube.

He was in a couple, he is a riot on the show. Jim Backus was in one or two as well.

I have one of the Good Guys with Alan. wish i had the other 2! u really have to see him in Passport to Danger!

I remember reading where Alan Hale and Jim Backus appeared on an episode of The Good Guys, and one of them asked Bob Denver "Didn't I see you on a tropical island ?" . That was an in -- joke for Gilligan's Island fans .
