Feb 13, 2013 by Kate Stanhope It's a "Happy Days" reunion on Scott Baio's series "See Dad Run"! Too bad no one seems particularly happy about it. In Sunday's new episode (8:30/7:30c on Nick at Nite), Ted McGinley guest-stars as a fictional version of himself — a longtime rival of Baio's character, David. So why exactly is Ted on David's "dead-to-me list" as he so affectionately calls it? It all dates back to an awards show a few years back when the two actors tied for an award and the fight to the podium got a little intense.
