I am looking to get your impression of these older horror flicks on blu ray.
Please let me know if you have any of these and your thoughts on the discs.

The only one I have from that list is Zombie (2-Disc Special Edition).

The movie looks very clear and the special features are great. Worth the buy for me.

Don't have any of these on Blu Ray as I already own the DVDs (except Death Ship which I do want to get).

To be honest I haven't noticed a huge difference in picture between DVD and Blu Ray (at least going by the Blu Ray/DVD combo sets)

I ordered Deep Red and They Live.
(had a gift card!)

I picked up Night of the Creeps at B&N. Haven't watched it yet.

I never seem to get a chance to watch my Blu rays with the kids dominating the living room!

Oh the horror, indeed!

Yeah, we just have the one Blu Ray in the living room, my daughter's at the age now that she's starting to watch more and more horror movies with me, before I would just wait until a weekend where my wife and daughter were out of town to watch them. But I do have a DVD player, VCR and laser disc player set up in the computer/my sort of horror room where I watch movies that I know my wife or daughter won't want to.
