Phillip Fraser was a young man headed for college in Washington. While heading through Canada on Highway 1, he picked up a Hitchhiker at the 40 mile flat Cafe and was murdered not long afterward. I was wondering if that scumbag was ever caught? I swear when I saw this segment, I wanted to hunt that garbage bag myself.

There's plenty of other threads about this case elsewhere on the board. Anyway, I strongly believe Phillip was one of the many unidentified victims of Canadian serial killer Michael Wayne McGray.

There's some uncertainty as to whether he voluntarily picked up the hitchhiker, or the hitchhiker forced his way into the vehicle. It is known that Phillip initially refused him.
