It was from the episode "Mrs. Stephens, Where Are You?" The one where Serena turned Mrs. Stephens into a cat. Dick York does not appear in this episode. It is from season 5.

That episode made me hate Miss Stephens even more. The way she dogged the family was just inexcusable, and I actually applauded when Serena turned her into a cat.
