I drink an average of 15-20 cans of diet soda per-day.

I try to stick to 1 to 2 a day. I chose once a day for the poll.

I drink about 3 cans of soda per day. I only will drink the soda that is made with all natural stevia and 100% natural ingredients. It's called Zevia.

I love soda, but I don't drink it much anymore, maybe a couple bottles a month, and if I go to a movie I will partake as well.

ROGER, two questions.

There are no preservatives in that soda?

And how much does it cost?

Thanks!

3-4 liters of Homemade Soda (I got one of those Sodastream Machines for Christmas). Good Stuff, and the flavor possibilities are endless.

I used to drink a lot of it, mainly Coca-Cola, when I was younger.

I decided to stop all soda around 2-years ago, and haven't had any since.

I am guessing some of you suffered with tooth rot, kidney stones or other gut issues if you drink a lot of soda. I only drink a couple cans a day but always rinse my mouth with water when I'm done. I got that advice from a Dentist's assistant years ago.

Re soda in general, I rarely drink it - maybe two cans a week - and all diet soda of course (I'm partial to Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper)
