Relative newcomer Max Fowler has been tapped to play Twitch, a good-looking, savvy, streetwise teen who's as charming as he is manipulative, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. He's described as being his own biggest fan with dreams of acting and modeling in Hollywood with a fluid sexuality.
