Johnson) and Jess (Zooey Deschanel) kissed, it's time for her to meet his mom! Just kidding (kind of). "New Girl" has cast "Justified" alum Margo Martindale to play Mrs. Miller in an upcoming Chicago-set episode of the Fox comedy, Entertainment Weekly reports. In the episode, set to air in March, the entire gang travels to Nick's hometown of Chicago and meets his family. They are surprised to learn that Nick is the most responsible and mature member of his family. Martindale's character is described as hard-nosed and emotional and very skeptical about Jess as well as Jess' relationship with Nick.
