My choices would be Stalag 13 in Hogan's Heroes, The Kramden's apartment in the Honeymooners, Fred and Lamont Sanford's home.

I do think the Sanfords was a cluttered mess. Shades of Hoarders. Well they were in the junkyard business. The Kramdens, was a limited apartment. Did we ever see another room?. All I saw was the kitchen.

I suppose you could talk about?. What set was over the top.

The Short lived comedy, On The Rocks which was set in a prison LOL.
The Munster's home was dismal as well as The Addams family house.
