Default People You Know That Died At A Young Age

My grandma died of cancer at the age of 55. I was 6 when she died. So tragic. She was a real sweet lady who loved church and her family.

A lady friend that was friends with me and my dad died of cancer october 2011 at the age of 55. A couple of weeks before she died, she was actually getting better to the point where she was going to go back to work, then poof she got sick again real fast and died.

My uncle died at the age of 53. He had muscular distrophy all his life. Early on when he was younger, he could walk around town. Then the last 10 years of his life, he was in a motorized wheelchair and to the point he could no longer walk and had to even be lifted out of his chair into bed, etc.

Someone I used to go to school with (a grade below me) died in a car accident 2 years ago at the age of 22.

My 1st and second grade teacher died of cancer 6 years ago at the age of 50. She really loved teaching. She would take our class to the corner market every now and then to get ice cream.

My 3rd grade teacher died in a car accident with her father. She was in her 20's. I was in 5th grade at the time. I remember the whole school was closed on the day of her funeral. Very sad. She was one of my favorite teachers.

A schoolmate of mine died of cancer a few years ago. I learned about it online. He was a very nice guy. He was in his 40's.

I never knew him but my Maternal Grandfather died from a heart attack in his mid 50's.

My 17 year old cousin and her girlfriend were hit by a train on their way home from shopping for prom dresses. No one knows how it happened.Practically the whole school showed up for the funeral. She was very well liked.

The son of my brother's friend was killed at 17 in a car vs. train accident. Just a few days later, I was involved in an accident on that same road...I wasn't injured, but the car (driven by another guy) went right up to the edge of a steep embankment after skidding on the ice. If we'd have gone over we could easily have died.

A co-worker just died at age 40, from ovarian cancer. She lived life to the fullest, loved to party, go out, etc. It still seems hard to believe she's gone.

My uncle died at age 45, from liver damage.

Since this is a bit of a depressing topic (no offense to the original poster), I'd also like to add that my great, great aunt lived to be 100, one of my grandma's was 88 when she passed, and I had a great aunt that lived to be 94 (though she was in a bad way for years before that).

My best friend died in 4th grade, and it still stings a little to see her picture on my desk.

And my uncle died just days before 9/11, and he was in his 40s, I think.

A girl I grew up with who lived by me who I hung out with quite a bit was hit by a SUV in 2004. She was only 15. I haven't talked to anyone in her family in years but it's still really weird and sad to know she's not alive.

My older sister Regina died in a motorcycle accident with her boyfriend in 1979. She was 16. I was only 3 years old and I honestly don't remember much about her. I wonder what she would be like now if she had not died so young.

His younger brother then died at 20 in 2006 from the same condition.

April 1, 2012 somebody I knew from the neighborhood died at 24 from diabetes and other health problems. He was over 200lbs. at 5'5".

My younger Brother died at the age of 12. He was murdered. My older Brother died at the age of 23 of complications from a motorcycle accident. Infact. Below is a story about my younger brother Scott Fowler. They think his spirit haunts the park where he was murdered
