Man was convicted for murder but later released (maybe spent 17 years in prison).
He was in white prison jumpsuit when interviewed. What I remember best was he said when he was interrogated, he was told they thought he did it and he nodded his head. Then he tells his interviewer on UM something like "just like you nodded your head as I answered your question." Can anyone identify this case? Thanks! |

http://unsolvedmysteries.wikia.com/wiki/Tony_Miller You can search on www.unsolvedmysteries.wikia.com to see if you can find it there. I searched for the words Murder Released and several pages of possible cases came back in the results. Was he falsely convicted? Mistaken identity? Do you remember who he was convicted of murdering (male/female)? How many victims? What is the race of the convicted man? Some of that info might make it easier to search the wikia for the correct case. Here's a listing of cases of "wrongfully accused" on the wikia: http://unsolvedmysteries.wikia.com/w...-Accused_Cases |

No, the um interview in which the subject said to the cameraman about nodding his head and it being taken as a confession is the case of Paul Ferrell. He commented about the cameraman nodding his head.

You are absolutely correct. My apologies! I was remembering the Consagra case for some other reason.
